I am very excited to announce the creation of GoS Networks.  GoS Networks brings together a powerful team and technology to change IP communications.  Core to the creation of GoS Networks is our patented QoS mechanism, GoS.  The time is now to take GoS to the world.  Many of you reading this may sadly not know what GoS is, this is exactly why we have named ourselves GoS Networks.  GoS stands for Guarantee of Service.  GoS is something that we see as a critical piece of the IP equation.  Increasingly, everything is IP - voice, video, collaboration, bit torrent downloads, YouTube videos, IPTV, online gaming, video surveillance,...  We have a great deal of content on what GoS is on this site so I will resist going on a deep dive here, although I would love to.  

Over the past year we have been in countless lab trials with a number of service providers around the world.  One thing is crystal clear from these experiences, GoS is essential to the delivery of real-time applications. In many of these labs we have gone up against  traditional QoS mechanisms touted by for lack of a better name Cisco-Heads.  You know, the one's that wear their 20 letter Cisco certification like a badge of honor.  The results have been nothing short of spectacular.  LLQ does a decent job of handling one priority stream but when it comes to multiple streams of high priority traffic LLQ yields jittery voice and slide show style video.  

GoS on the other hand delivers.  GoS provides the power, control and efficiency to handle multiple real-time applications over even suspect bandwidth.  We can no longer allow GoS to remain a well kept secret.  With the proliferation of bandwidth intensive applications that have little to no tolerance for delay nor loss the time for GoS is now.  

I am quite certain that there are some skeptics reading this post and my message is simple.  Give GoS a try, it will impress you. There is no need to take our word for it alone.  We would be happy to let you perform your own tests on one of our solutions that has GoS embedded.

In the past I have referred to GoS as our hidden jewel.  Well it is definitely our jewel and the task at hand now is to take it out of hiding.  

GoS can enable you to deliver more, with greater quality over less bandwidth and we will be shouting this message from the roof tops.  If you experience GoS, I am quite certain that you will too.
